Have to admit I bought this fridge because of the rating consumer reports gave it and I have not been disappointed. I love the look and the space of this refrigerator. The pantry drawer keeps meats fresh so much longer than my old refrigerator. My old fridge was the same size but when I moved my food to this one I seemed to have tons of extra space! Things just fit so much better! The day after we installed it we were having a party so we used the quick freeze option and got lots of ice quickly!! I didn’t know Samsung even made appliances! I ended up buying the range and dishwasher too! They have all exceeded my expectations!

I have had this refrigerator for just under 4 months.
I have no issues with this appliance to this point.
I am very happy with the style / appearance, the space available, QUIET operation, ease of installation and set up, Interior LED lighting illuminates the entire interior very well, and the overall quality of this refrigerator is impressive.
As far as the stainless steel exterior, I have read criticism of the difficulty of keeping it clean, specificaly finger prints. The purchase of a quality stainless steel cleaner / polish, combined with some EFFORT will keep it spotless.

We bought this product so we would not need a stand alone wine cooler.The customizable counter height drawer does the job nicely. The refrigerator section has a lot of room, so does the bottom freezer drawer.
The only issue is the finger prints on the Stainless Steel, but we knew that was going to be an issue when we purchased it.

I looked at quite a few refrigerators and read the reviews before selecting this refrigerator, and have not been disappointed.
The space in the fridge is amazing & the lighting ideal. The drawer is ideal for maintaining beverages at a perfect temperature.Both the center drawer and freezer are adjustable and designed to close automatically. We especially enjoy the light that comes on automatically when using the ice/water dispenser. The refrigerating motors are extremely quiet.
Our minor complaint is the noise generated when refilling the ice dispenser.
In all, we are extremely happly with our purchase & would recommend this product to anyone!

The absolute BEST refrigerator I’ve ever owned! After reading numerous reviews I purchased the model with the additional ice maker in the freezer but I haven’t needed it yet because the one in the door so far produces more than enough ice for us, but I’m sure it will come in handy at our next party & during the holidays. We’ve not had issues with the ice/water dispenser as others have mentioned. Once you know how it comes out it’s easy to figure out where to place your glass. And it has been an absolute pleasure to open the doors & NEVER have to worry about where additional items will fit. The only things I’d change are the bulkiness of the in-door ice maker & the fact that (when I bought mine at least) it’s only available at Lowes so shopping for the best price was not an option.

Have you ever looked out the window to see if the new car you purchased, is still there with a smile? Well that’s how I feel about my new samsung! This refrig. was cold in less time said in the book, and ice also was producing way a head of shedule.It’s been about a month since our purchase, no problems no complaints! milk jugs fit perfect side by side, the fip-up shelf and slide in shelf gets “two thumbs up”, very handy! deli tray is nice and deep, great for a party. Ice maker, “plenty”, some people say the “door ice”, can spit out to the floor. If you hold the glass underneath it properly and don’t pull it out before fully releasing the bar, this will not happen! The freezer has ample room and it is easy to open with the hinged handle. I just can’t say anything bad about any features or performace plus style!!!! I just love it and so my friends!
